Raingutter Regatta

This past Friday night was the Raingutter Regatta for the cub scouts. Its a little boat that you race against others. John-Michael is extremely competitive like his Dad and was upset when he lost in the first round.
Its totally our fault because we made the boat one hour before show time. The other dads (those with A LOT more time on their hands) have been working on it for days. (Things such as cutting it certain ways, sealing it, stapling, etc, etc.) I even met one father who researched it on the internet.
This is really crazy that the fathers get so into it!! Its really supposed to be a father/son activity and even though ours was not the fastest, John-Michael was a big part of it and did all the painting and stuff himself.
